Simo Zokwana was born in Johannesburg South Africa as the first of three children.

Originally from the Eastern Cape province, he was able to travel, live and work in different cities. After high school he went on to study a BCom which he dropped out of in his final year to do a radio & television program, that’s where he scored his first commercial radio gig. He then did so well he was bounced from radio station to radio station. With a career that spans over 11 years and a couple of Drive time shows, both presenting and producing, there’s no telling where you might see him next.

He has been said to be a powerhouse as master of ceremonies and is known to be one of the best behind the decks playing Afrotech and 3-step dance genres.
